CHILDREN ARE NEITHER A CLASS ISSUE NOR A NATIONAL ISSUE: CHILDREN ARE A ISSUE ABOVE ALL ISSUES. THEY ARE THE PEOPLE WHO SUFFER MOST IN MILITARY CONFLICT AND HUMAN TRAGEDY.
CHILDREN ARE JUST CHILDREN. ALL THE IDEALS IN THE WORLD ARE MORE MEANINGFUL THAN THE TEARS OF A CHILD.

It strengthens the NGO movement for children's rights, developing a volunteer approach to work and ensuring the implementation of the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
