Feelings are sometimes difficult to understand. Sometimes you may not even know why you feel the way you do. But we are always here to support you and understand you.

HAPPY

Happy

It's great to hear that you're feeling great today! Small steps lead to big successes! Is Bushavko happy with you? Take your smile with you and make the people around you/your loved ones happy too!

Happiness is an external expression. We seek happiness, but we choose joy. Happiness happens to us. We may seek it, wish for it, etc., but the feeling of happiness is not consciously chosen, it depends on something outside of us.

When happiness is present, it is bigger than life. We feel great and nothing gives us a better feeling or deserves more attention than it. But at the same time, happiness is changeable. It can last for several weeks and disappear in an instant. Happiness is not there when we are going through a hard time, because it cannot exist when unhappiness reigns.

Joy does not need a smile to exist. Although joy is better felt with a happy smile, it can be felt at the same time as sadness, anger, fear, and even when we feel unhappy.

Griefing is a normal process in our lives, and it shouldn't discourage you. We all feel sad sometimes. Sadness is almost always related to loss. When we say goodbye and won't see our loved ones for a long time, we usually feel sad. Sadness is even deeper if a good friendship has ended.

Allow yourself to be sad. If you tell yourself you're not sad, your feelings will only go deeper and can do more damage. Cry if you want! Write a diary, listen to music, spend some time with friends or family... It's always easier when you share your sadness, so you can talk to Bushavko!

Sometimes it is scary to face challenges and problems. Fear is one of the basic human emotions. Fear helps us protect ourselves. Feeling scared is very natural and in some situations is very helpful. While some fears are innate, many fears are learned.

Like all emotions, fear can be mild, moderate or strong, depending on the situation and the person. The feeling of fear can be short-lived, or it can last longer.
