Happiness is an outward expression. A person pursues happiness but chooses joy. Happiness happens to us. Even though we may seek it, desire it, pursue it, etc., feeling happiness is not a choice we make.
When happiness is present, it’s larger than life. It feels good, and nothing feels better or seems worthy of attention. But happiness is also changeable. It can be present for weeks on end and gone in an instant. Happiness isn’t present in darkness and difficulty. It can’t be present when its antithesis rules.
The best and the most beautiful things in life are free! Joy can be found in everything! We are happy that you are happy!
Joy is an inner feeling. Joy blooms through connection. Joy is a choice purposefully made. With joy, self-esteem and self-respect are indestructible.
It’s possible to experience joy in difficult times. With joy, hardship offers growth and opportunity. It’s possible to know joy or feel joy in spite of grief or uncertainty. Joy doesn’t need a smile in order to exist. Although joy does feels better with a happy smile, joy can share space with other emotions — sadness, fear, anger ... even unhappiness.
True happiness is experienced through the heart. LOVE is a smile, a hug!
What Is Love?
Love is a set of emotions and behaviors characterized by intimacy, passion, and commitment. It involves care, closeness, protectiveness, attraction, affection, and trust. Love can vary in intensity and can change over time. It is associated with a range of positive emotions, including happiness, excitement, life satisfaction, and euphoria, but it can also result in negative emotions such as jealousy and stress.
Grieving or sadness is normal in our lives and you shouldn’t be discouraged. We all feel sad sometimes. Sadness almost always accompanies loss. When we say goodbye to loved ones we usually feel sad. The sadness is even deeper if a close relationship has ended.
Allow yourself to be sad. Denying such feelings may force them underground, where they can do more damage with time. Cry if you feel like it. Write in a journal, listen to music, spend time with friends or family ... It helps when you share your sadness, and therefore you can talk to Bushavko!
When one door closes, another opens, but we do not notice it because we are looking at the closed one. It is OK to feel depressed. There are many ways to change your mood, for example talk to Bushavko or listen to your favorite song!
Sometimes we feel fear when we face challenges and problems. Fear is one of the most basic human emotions. Fear helps protect us. Feeling afraid is very natural — and helpful — in some situations. While some fears may be innate in humans, many fears are learned.
Like all emotions, fear can be mild, medium, or intense, depending on the situation and the person. A feeling of fear can be brief or it can last longer. But you are not alone. You can write to Bushavko whenever you are feeling ready to talk!
Stress and anxiety can destroy our mood, but these you can control simply through breathing in and breathing out!
What is anxiety?
Anxiety is a feeling of fear, dread, and uneasiness. It might cause you to sweat, feel restless and tense, and have a rapid heartbeat. It can be a normal reaction to stress. For example, you might feel anxious first day of school, before taking a test, giving a speech or before making an important decision.
Rage is felt in a moment and it leaves us quickly. The rage is overcome with love! Remember your best moments and take a deep breath. The simplest way of getting rid of rage is to take a walk in the closest park!
